Can I buy directly from the website?

No. fonzal.com is an information and product catalogue site, not an online store. To order, submit an enquiry through the website, message us on WhatsApp, call, or email — and our team will respond with a quotation.

How do I get a price?

Tell us the products and quantities you need via the enquiry form, WhatsApp (+971 52 361 4975), or email (info@fonzal.com). We aim to respond within one business day with pricing and availability.

How long is a quotation valid?

Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise. After this period, prices and availability must be reconfirmed.

How do I pay?

Full payment (100%) is required in advance, before the order is delivered or released, by bank transfer or cash.

Are delivery charges included in the price?

No. Quotations are provided on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Delivery, freight, and handling charges are extra and are either charged separately or arranged by the buyer.

What products do you supply?

Sodium Bentonite Powder (OCMA Grade DFCP-4), Industrial Salt (Grade A1, NaCl above 99.5%), Charcoal Powder, and Blue Rock Ultra Special Earthing Backfill Compound.

What documentation do you provide?

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are available for our products. For export orders, we provide a UAE Certificate of Origin along with the relevant shipping documentation.

Do you supply outside the UAE?

Yes. In addition to the UAE, we supply customers across the GCC and the wider region — including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Egypt — with full export documentation.
