Fonzal Building Materials Trading L.L.C. ("Fonzal", "we", "us", or "our") is a UAE company registered in Dubai/Sharjah, trading in construction chemicals, industrial materials, and related products. This policy explains how we handle personal information.

Our website (fonzal.com) is an informational and product catalogue website. It is not an online store. We do not process online purchases, take payments, or operate a shopping cart. Orders are placed offline through our sales team, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

1. Information We Collect

Contact & identity: name, company name, job title, phone/WhatsApp number, email, business address.
Transaction information: orders, invoices, payment status, credit terms, VAT registration number (for B2B customers).
Communication data: messages via WhatsApp, email, or our enquiry form, and interactions with our WhatsApp assistant.
Website usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and referral source.

2. Website Enquiry Form

When you submit an enquiry through our website, the details you provide (such as your name, company, phone number, email, and message) may be stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to market our own products and services to you. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. You may ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing info@fonzal.com.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share enquiry-form / marketing contact details with any third party. For customers who place orders, limited data may be shared with operational partners strictly to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations:

Accounting and ERP systems (Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory) for invoicing
Cloud hosting and technology providers under confidentiality obligations
